Are you eating more salt these days? I’m enjoying these weekly updates. Always something new to learn. I’m curious as to how different people access blog updates. I presume you use a feed reader. Do you have an ipad or kindle or something like that for reading updates on the go?

#1, I eat a whole bunch of salt. #2 Awesome. #3 You can access blog updates by “liking” the FB page: http://www.facebook.com/highbrowpaleo or by following us on Twitter: @highbrowpaleo or by simply adding the blog to your reader. Yes, I use Google Reader for this, but I am low tech. Others may choose differently. 🙂 Enjoy. ROFL. 😉

Thanks for posting that Helminth/Cochrane link (and of course for posting a link to my blog!). I got very frustrated today reading the Medscape take on this Cochrane report. They spun it in a very negative way… Also, it seems a bit sketchy to call something a ‘meta-analysis’ when it’s a look at 2 (VERY DIFFERENT!) papers.

Thanks for all that you do in this arena. So many of us, me included for sure, are avid readers of health/nutrition studies. But being able to differentiate between the good ones and the not so great ones requires some schooling – on my part at the very least.

  3. This page definitely has all of the info I needed about this subject and didn’t know who
    to ask.
